Our most popular program! A challenging, outdoor, four-week program designed to increase your general fitness and keep you accountable to your goals. 12 x 50 minute sessions over four weeks, Monday/Wednesday/Friday 6:00-6:50am in the Adelaide CBD (Elder Park).
Cost: Individual – First camp $145.00 (includes Mitise Health BootCamp singlet), subsequent camps: $120.00. Partner+ (two or more people joining together) – First camp $120.00ea (includes Mitise Health BootCamp singlet), subsequent camps: $90.00ea.
